I cannot thank Coach Brad enough for the incredible transformation he brought to our W14's girls' football team at Pittwater RSL FC. Our journey with Brad began in 2023 after a disappointing 2022 season where the team struggled to find its rhythm, winning only a handful of games and lacking the cohesive teamwork we had seen in previous years. From the moment Brad took the coaching reins, it was evident that something special was happening. He not only brought fresh insights and guidance but also fostered an environment of trust, commitment, and dedication among the girls. His words at the beginning of the season resonated deeply with the team: "I don't know what happened in your previous seasons of football, however, if you give me and each other the trust and commitment to football, I promise I will do my best to guide and help you win. Can you all do this?" The resounding "Yes" from the girls set the tone for what would become a remarkable journey. Brad's commitment was unwavering, conducting training sessions twice a week with an impressive 90% attendance rate. Under his guidance, the girls underwent a complete 180-degree change. The trust and commitment they showed to each other blossomed into a formidable force on the field. The results speak for themselves – in the 2024 season, our W14's girls not only won every game but also clinched the league title, remaining undefeated heading into the finals. The pinnacle of their success was reaching the Grand Final and securing victory in a nerve-wracking penalty shootout – a first for this team. Coach Brad's impact goes beyond the wins and the trophy. He instilled a sense of pride, resilience, and unity in our girls. His coaching philosophy and dedication have left an indelible mark on the team, and we are immensely grateful for the positive transformation he brought to Pittwater RSL FC's W14's girls. Thank you, Coach Brad, for turning our season around and making us champions! We look forward to having you as coach again for our 2024 season.

I have known Brad for around 8yrs at Pittwater FC on a personal level but mainly on a coaching level. Whilst I was coaching a Div 1 girls team, I wanted some input on the team and a variation on a training exercise in where Brad's knowledge really helped me get the team to a very competitive level. His style of coaching was very thorough and the way he not only explained the drills but demonstrated which players were able to learn from. Definitely a welcoming, experienced coach whose knowledge pushes players and coaches to provide their best.

It is with great pleasure. That I write this reference for Brad. I have been working very closely with Brad over the last two years and I have never met a coach who displays so much enthusiasm. He shows respect to the team and takes the time to understand each players needs and in return the team respects him back. His love of the sport really shines through with his training and on game day he takes control in a positive manner. He gives great criticism which leaves the team feeling positive and pumped. I have watched our team grow from boys who have always loved the sport but not really having a good understanding of the game, positions and how to play as a team etc to this amazing, confident team who support each other in the good times and bad and this is all thanks to Brad. I'm excited to see what happens this year and the boys can't wait to work with Brad again.
